2026, our Quality Systems Manager, Melanie Roth is celebrating her incredible 30th anniversary with Team NORAS: "It's hard to believe how quickly time flies – I stayed because it's so much fun. I've learnt a lot at NORAS, experienced a lot, and I still enjoy being here. I'm looking forward to everything that's yet to come!"

In 1996, she started at NORAS in laboratory technology. Seeing her potential, we supported her business administration studies, which she successfully completed. After founding her family, she began her career in our quality management department, where she played the key role in adapting our company to the European Medical Devices Regulation.

Melanie is a great example of how far perseverance can take you and how varied the work in a family business can be. Above all, she appreciates the flexibility and work-life-family balance at NORAS.
